Bob Alper, Rabbi/Stand-Up comic (Really), served large synagogues in Buffalo and Philadelphia, experiences that, naturally, prepared him for his 34-year career as a full-time stand-up comic. Bob performs internationally and is heard regularly on Sirius/XM satellite radio. He earned a doctorate from Princeton Theological Seminary, and is the author of two books which The Detroit Free Press called “volumes of spiritual gems.” In 2002 Bob founded The Laugh In Peace Tour and currently performs with his close friends, Rev. Susan Sparks and Gibran Saleem.
