This musical includes a lot of heavy themes: mental health, depression, suicide, grief, loss of a child, medical treatments, and opioid addiction. The protagonist copes with being diagnosed bipolar and losing her son. We see her struggling with the side effects of her medications and decide to no longer take them. Once off of the medication, she harms herself.
This production will include theatrical haze, flashing lights, and strobe lights. If you are uncomfortable or have a medical sensitivity to such effects, please speak with House Management for specific information and recommendations before the show begins.
