Rocky's Lady Legends of the 60s

On Sale Now

“Rocky’s Lady Legends of the 60’s” brings to The Savannah Center stage three of the super-girls of rock and roll, backed by the legendary Rocky & the Rollers.

Known then, as “Little” Peggy March, she still is the youngest female to have a number #1 song on the Billboard charts, with “I WILL FOLLOW HIM”.

The Crystals were one of Phil Spector’s “Wall of Sound” female groups of the 60’s, and LaLa Brooks’ spectacular vocals pushed the popular “THE DOO RON RON” song right to the top of the charts, and singing lead on a few of their notable hits. Rounding off this trio of Lady Legends, is Kathy Young, whose monumental classic, “A THOUSAND STARS” came very close to the top of the charts, at #3 in early 60’s.

Three ladies, three rock and roll legends!

At The Savannah Center, in the Villages, on December 19th  with 4 & 7pm shows.
