Maestro Bill Doherty and Fernando Varela team up to present a concert of music from Josh Groban and Andrea Bocelli classics to Broadway and Opera. Originally trained by Maestro Bill Doherty, Fernando Varela first captured the hearts of millions as a finalist on America’s Got Talent. His artistry has graced the screens of countless homes through multiple TV specials, including his very own solo special, “Coming Home”, “An Intimate Evening with David Foster”, “Gershwin Prize for Popular Song honoring Gloria and Emilio Estefan”, and “The Grammy Salute to Music Legends”.
Bill Doherty has been travelling the world performing as conductor, pianist, singer and composer for over 35 years. He has performed and written music for Popes Benedict XVI and Pope Francis at the Vatican and has been commended by President George W. Bush for his outstanding commitment to musical excellence. Also joining them for this concert are Victoria Sexton, Scotty Tomas, Autumn Turner, Sam Reynolds, David Gehring, Justin Scarlat and others.
