2025 All American Celebration Application

The first annual All American Celebration will bring the community together for an evening of live music, strolling entertainment, shopping, and great food. Vendor spaces will be located around the square for easy guest access, with a dedicated food court positioned adjacent to the square.

Application Information

Thank you for your interest in participating in The Villages Entertainment events. Please review the following before applying:

  • Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. All applications are reviewed for event fit and space availability.

  • If accepted, you will receive an invoice for your vendor space. Payment is required before a space will be assigned.

  • Food vendors may be asked to provide photos of both their setup and product offerings.

  • Food vendors will be selected to complement the event. Please note that vendors offering products that directly compete with existing restaurants on the square will not be accepted.

    In consideration of being allowed to participate as a Vendor during Festivals and/or Special Events, I agree to release, discharge, hold harmless and covenant not to sue The Villages® of Lake-Sumter, Inc., The Villages® Operating Company, The Villages® Center Community Development District, Sumter Landing Community Development District, all affiliates of such entities, and each of the foregoing’s officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from all liability to me, my executors, administrators, personal representatives, heirs and next of kin, for all loss or damage and all claims or demands (each a “Claim”) on account of injury or damage to my person or property resulting in my death that was caused by the negligence, action or inaction of such Released Parties, or otherwise. Additionally, I agree to hold harmless, defend and indemnify the released Parties from any Claim by any of my guests and invitees. This Release, Waiver and Hold Harmless is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by Florida Law and if any portion is held invalid for any reason the balance should not withstanding continue in full legal force and effect.
