Event Information & Pricing

The Lake Sumter Landing St. Patrick’s Day Festival perfectly mixes all of your Irish favorites and brings them to you in a street festival that you won’t soon forget. This festival draws 6 – 10,000 people and is on its way to being  one of Central Florida’s biggest St. Patrick’s Day celebrations.

This Year’s Event will be held on Thursday, March 13th and March 14th at Lake Sumter Landing from 4pm to 9pm.
Vendors are required to setup for both days.

This event features Food Trucks, Carnival Games, Market Vendors, Stilt Walkers, National Music Acts and so much more.

Vendor Space is set up around the square allowing guests to move about and visit each vendor.

10′ x 10′ Spaces are available for $150 and 10′ x 20′ Spaces are available for $300.

Payments must be made no later than: February 28, 2025.

Thank you for your interest in being a vendor with the Villages Entertainment.

Before submitting an application please read our Special Event Vendor Guidelines. These guidelines outline everything that is required from you to participate in our events.

We do receive a high volume of applications for all of our events and can not guarantee a space to everyone who submits an application.

If you’re application is accepted you will receive an invoice for your space which must be paid before you are assigned a space at the event.

In order to participate in this event we do require that you carry insurance for this event. If you do not already have Insurance you may purchase individual event insurance by using the link below.

Proof of insurance will be required before you are admitted to the event.

    In consideration of being allowed to participate as a Vendor during Festivals and/or Special Events, I agree to release, discharge, hold harmless and covenant not to sue The Villages® of Lake-Sumter, Inc., The Villages® Operating Company, The Villages® Center Community Development District, Sumter Landing Community Development District, all affiliates of such entities, and each of the foregoing’s officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from all liability to me, my executors, administrators, personal representatives, heirs and next of kin, for all loss or damage and all claims or demands (each a “Claim”) on account of injury or damage to my person or property resulting in my death that was caused by the negligence, action or inaction of such Released Parties, or otherwise. Additionally, I agree to hold harmless, defend and indemnify the released Parties from any Claim by any of my guests and invitees. This Release, Waiver and Hold Harmless is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by Florida Law and if any portion is held invalid for any reason the balance should not withstanding continue in full legal force and effect.
