Print at Home tickets will not be deployed to the email of the purchaser until approximately 7 days prior to the event.
If you purchase a ticket with us online, this would affect you if the Print at Home Delivery Method is selected during the checkout process. (see ex. below for reference)
Why Are We Updating This Feature?
Unfortunately, fraudulent purchases and ticket scalping are on the rise across the concert industry and we are no exception. Minimizing the time frame of when individuals will receive their ticket prior to a show will help our team prevent any potential resale of fraudulent tickets.
Box Office Information
If you would like to receive a physical ticket prior to one week before your production date, please visit any of our in-person Box Office locations and our team can assist in finding your order and printing them out for you. As always, feel free to give our Remote Box Office with any questions or concerns you may have regarding your tickets. Thank you!
