Parking There is no charge for parking at any of our venues; we highly encourage traveling by golf car and carpooling whenever possible for all of our venues and events.

Latest Updates The Villages Entertainment Department uses The Villages Media Group to advertise and update on the Town Squares and Events. This includes The Daily Sun, WVLG 640 and Channel 2. Also check out our Facebook page for the most up to date information from nightly entertainment cancellations to new event announcements!

Resident Discount Only the individual purchasing the tickets needs to provide a valid Resident ID. Once validated, the discount is applied to the entire transaction. Some performances do not offer a resident discount. Please refer to individual events for specific resident and general public pricing.

Infant/Youth Seating Everyone is required to have a ticket, regardless of age, or if they are sitting in your lap. Parents/Grandparents should use discretion when deciding what shows are appropriate for their children.

Group Purchases Certain events have specific limits on the maximum quantity that can be purchased. If you need to purchase more tickets than the allowed quantity, please contact The Villages Box Office at tickets@thevillages.com or (352) 753-3229.

Online Accounts In order to purchase tickets online, you must first create an account. This allows us to ensure your tickets get to you and that we may better serve you should you need assistance. You can create and manage your account online.

Online Purchases After creating an account, there are many options available to you when purchasing tickets online. Each option carries its own costs and delivery methods. Following every purchase you will receive a confirmation email. This will not contain your ticket(s). If you selected print at home, your tickets will be sent to you in PDF format in a separate email.

    • Print At Home – your tickets are delivered in a second email in PDF format. Delivery is generally within 10 minutes of purchase.
    • Will Call – your tickets will be available at the will call window of the performance venue.
    • Ticket Wallet – Login to wallet.thevillages.com where you can view all online tickets you have purchased with The Villages Entertainment. No need to print anything! Just pull up this mobile ticket when you get to your event!

Misplaced Tickets Losing or misplacing tickets happen! If this happens, simply reach out to us at tickets@thevillages.com or (352) 753-3229 and we can void your old tickets and get new ones to you via email, mail, or will call.

Exchanges / Returns / On Account We understand that things happen and you can’t always go to a show you bought tickets for, so we are happy to help! On most shows, exchanges are permitted towards the purchase of any future performance that is currently on sale. Simply reach out to us or fill out the form in your account on tickets.thevillages.com and we’ll take care of it for you. On shows at The Savannah Center, The Sharon, and The Studio, we can also give you credit on your account for a future purchase. Credit never expires and is a great way to give yourself time to decide on the next show you’d like to see!

Inclement Weather Each Event has an individual policy with regards to inclement weather. Please contact The Villages Box Office at tickets@thevillages.com or (352) 753-3229 with any questions or concerns regarding the postponement or cancellation of an event. The safety of our patrons is our primary concern, cancelled or rescheduled event refunds will be considered based on the individual event, however if the event is not cancelled or rescheduled no refunds will be provided.

Lobby Most venues will open doors approximately thirty (30) minutes prior to the show. The Sharon L Morse Performing Arts Center will open doors approximately forty-five (45) minutes prior to show time. Individual performances may vary, so please check your tickets for additional information.

Will Call Available one (1) hour prior to show time at the venue’s box office window. If there is not a box office at the venue there will be a table with signage available for will call tickets and additional ticket purchasing opportunities one (1) hour prior to show time.

Cameras, Video & Audio Recorders Due to the variety of performances being offered there will be an announcement prior to the start of the performance with regards to what will be allowed. Most performances will not permit video, audio or photography of any type throughout the duration of the performance.

Concessions Bars are located in the lobbies of most performances. A variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are available using cash or credit.

Please be advised that for the safety and security of everyone, we kindly ask that no weapons of any kind are brought into the premises of the nightly entertainment venues. This includes firearms, knives and any other items that could be considered a weapon.

Nightly Entertainment 
The calendar insert is available on the 4th Sunday of every month as a printed version in The Daily Sun newspaper or as a downloadable pdf on our website. You can also sign up for the Monthly Calendar email to receive a printable version each month! 

Performer & Vendor Suggestions
Have a member or representative of the performer fill out the Performer Application or Vendor Application.

Beverage Policy
Our liquor license is limited to the Town Square where you purchase your drink and only to beverages distributed by our bars. Any consumption of alcohol outside of these limitations is in violation of local laws and ordinances and is subject to enforcement by local authorities. 

Non-Smoking Policy
The area within the square is smoke free, including e-cigarettes and vapes. We ask that if you do wish to smoke, please utilize sidewalks closest to the streets.

What to Bring
Due to state regulations, we do not allow outside beverages, coolers, or tables in or around the square. As stated above, outside beverage is prohibited by law. We also ask that you be respectful to those around you with what you bring and items such as tables, as it can obstruct the enjoyment of the entertainment for others.

Solicitation
Handing out Flyers and other promotional material without prior authorization is not permitted. 

Video recording for profitable purposes without prior authorization is not permitted.

Seating
There is limited seating available on the squares and we recommend bringing seating with you. Seat saving is not  permitted prior to the beginning of entertainment, unless a member of your party remains with the seat.

Inclement Weather 
In the event of inclement weather Nightly Entertainment may be postponed or cancelled. Each square is reviewed individually using a variety of factors and on a case by case basis and will be announced on all media outlets for The Villages.

Drones

Amenity Fees

The Nightly Entertainment at the Squares is not funded by your Amenity fees.

Assistive Listening Devices Assistive Listening Devices are available at each venue. Please ask one of the ushers or staff members prior to the performance and they will provide you with information on how to get a device. Ear plugs are also available at each venue by asking an usher or staff member.

Sign Language / Interpreter Performances Interpreter available upon request for all productions hosted or sold by The Villages Entertainment. To request this service, contact our Box Office Administration Team at 352-750-5411 or via email at tickets@thevillages.com.

Wheelchair & Mobility Assistance At every venue, we have many wheelchair accessible seats. On our seating charts when buying tickets, these seats are independently marked to make them easier to find. If all of those seats are sold, please contact The Villages Box Office  at tickets@thevillages.com or (352) 753-3229 and we will do everything we can to accommodate your needs.

Service Animals are allowed without purchasing an additional ticket with proper paperwork, however companion animals are not invited inside the venue.

The Villages Charter School

Student Tickets Everyone ages 3 and older is required to have a ticket. Parents/Grandparents should use discretion when deciding which events are appropriate for their children.

Athletic Passes are available to purchase at all Box Office Locations and on our website. They will be processed and mailed to your household within 7-10 days. If you have an Athletic Event in the meantime there will be a roster at the gate to verify your purchase. Student rates are available for all children over age 3. 

Gate sales will still be available prior to the event. Using cash or check only.
