DESCRIPTION

For the Love of Money is a high-energy tribute band dedicated to celebrating the timeless music and larger-than-life spirit of rock legend Eddie Money. Known for delivering authentic performances and electrifying stage presence, the band recreates the sound, feel, and excitement that made Eddie Money one of the most beloved rock artists of the late 1970s and ’80s.

What sets For the Love of Money apart from other tribute acts is the genuine connection the band has to Eddie Money’s legacy. Lead vocalist Paul Vician actually toured with Eddie Money for four years, sharing stages and experiences that few tribute performers can claim. For Paul, this project is truly a labor of love—an opportunity to honor a mentor, friend, and the music that helped define an era of rock and roll.

Adding another authentic link to Eddie Money’s musical history, guitarist Tony Artino played guitar on Eddie Money’s recorded song “Just No Givin’ Up.” The song itself came from a powerful real-life moment. While recording, Eddie encountered two homeless children living on the street. Moved by their situation, he helped them with clothes and essentials. During their conversation, the young boy shared something his mother always told him: “There is just no giving up.” The phrase struck Eddie so deeply that it became the inspiration and title for the song.

From arena-rock anthems to heartfelt power ballads, For the Love of Money performs the hits fans know and love, including classics like “Two Tickets to Paradise,” “Take Me Home Tonight,” “Baby Hold On,” “Shakin’,” and “Think I’m in Love.” Every show captures the nostalgic energy of Eddie Money’s live performances while honoring the powerful vocals, driving guitars, and sax-infused rock sound that defined his career.

Whether performing in theaters, festivals, casinos, or outdoor concert series, For the Love of Money delivers a show that keeps audiences singing along from the first note to the final encore. For fans of classic rock and the unforgettable music of Eddie Money, this tribute experience is more than a concert—it’s a heartfelt celebration of a legendary catalog and the enduring spirit of rock and roll.
