New Update: Log in First for a Smoother Checkout
You can now log in to your account before starting the ticketing process. This means once you’re signed in, you won’t need to log in again after selecting seats or adding multiple productions to your cart—making checkout faster and more seamless
What You’ll See When Logged In
Once you’re signed in, your account name will appear along with a few helpful navigation options.
My Account
Under this tab, you’ll find a list of your upcoming productions—any events you currently have tickets for. You’ll be able to view the event date and your selected seat(s), when applicable, all in one convenient place.
Profile
In the Profile section, you can update your email, password, phone number, and shipping address. We recommend keeping this information current so we can reach you quickly if there are any updates or issues with your tickets.
Order History
The Order History tab shows a complete list of all ticket orders you’ve placed with The Villages Entertainment. You can also click View Details to see more information about each transaction.
Past Performances
In this section, you’ll find a history of every show you’ve attended—including the venue location and your selected seats. You can even filter by year, making it easy to find that unforgettable show you saw back in 2022!
Return to Cart
Need to keep browsing? No problem. As long as you’re logged into your Villages Entertainment account, you can click the cart icon at any time to return to your saved selections and complete your purchase—no matter where you are on the site.
Please note there is still a cart timer of 10 minutes in place. You can see how much time you have left to complete your purchase on the cart page at any time.
