Conditions of Sale

You assume any and all risks occurring before, during or after event, including injury by any cause. No alcohol, drugs, weapons, food, or glass containers allowed unless otherwise sold or permitted by specific venue. No recording devices, still cameras, or video cameras permitted unless specifically permitted by event. No transmission or aiding in transmitting any description, account, picture, or reproduction of the event, game, performance, or exhibition is permitted. You hereby consent to the reasonable search for alcoholic beverages, drugs, or weapons. You further consent to the use of your image or likeness incidental to any display, transmission, or reproduction of the event. Management reserves the right to refuse admission or eject any person whose conduct is deemed by management to be disorderly or who fails to comply with the terms and conditions herein. Hand-carried items are subject to search. Your participation in this event releases the absolute right and permission to use any pictures, photographs, movies, videos, recordings, or motion pictures take of you or your property.

The Villages® Entertainment is the only authorized ticket seller for the Savannah Center, The Villages Show Kitchen, The Villages Grown Farm Tours, The Sharon L. Morse Performing Arts Center® and The Studio Theatre™ Tierra Del Sol and is the only group authorized to handle reprints, exchanges, and other ticket-related inquiries. Any other party operating in the sale or procurement of tickets to The Savannah Center, The Sharon L. Morse Performing Arts Center® or The Studio Theatre™ Tierra Del Sol on any website other than www.thevillagesentertainment.com, www.thesharon.com, or www.thesharonstudio.com or at any location other than The Villages® Entertainment’s box office is unauthorized. The Villages® Entertainment cannot guarantee the validity or control the prices of tickets sold by unauthorized re-sellers and such tickets may cost more than tickets sold by The Villages® Entertainment.

Box Office Policies

Resident Discount
Only the individual purchasing the tickets needs to provide a valid Resident ID, discount is applied to the whole transaction. Discounts are not available for every performance. Please refer to individual events for specific Resident and General Public pricing.

Baby / Youth Seating
Everyone is required to have a ticket, regardless of age, or if they are sitting in your lap. Parents/Grandparents should use discretion when deciding what shows are appropriate for their Children.

Group Purchases
At the windows, there is no limit. Online, there is a limit per event, if you wish to buy more you will have to do a separate transaction. Certain events may have an additional limits; it will be specifically stated under the event’s information. Note, tickets purchased in bulk are and will remain the responsibility of the ticket purchaser. Ticket reprints or returns will need to be requested by the purchaser. Convenience Fee/Sales Tax
Tickets purchased over the phone or online will incur additional convenience fees and sales tax when applicable. These fees are not refundable unless an event is canceled.

Misplaced Tickets
Replacement tickets can be issued to you in the event your tickets have been misplaced. Upon doing so, your original tickets will become void and will not work to gain entry into your event.

Refunds
Tickets cannot be refunded unless an event is canceled or rescheduled and you can no longer attend the rescheduled date.

Exchanges/Credits
In the event you cannot attend an event, you may exchange your tickets for any other event on sale or receive a credit on a gift certificate. If you choose to exchange to another event, you will have to pay the difference in ticket price if your new tickets are more expensive. In the event your new tickets are lower in cost than your current ones, you will receive the difference on a gift certificate.

Inclement Weather
Each event has an individual policy with regards to inclement weather. Please contact The Villages Box Office at boxoffice@thevillages.com or (352) 750-5411 with any questions or concerns regarding the postponement or cancellation of an event. The safety of our patrons is our primary concern, cancelled or rescheduled event refunds will be considered based on the individual event, however if the event is not cancelled or rescheduled no refunds will be provided.
