How do I get a membership?

It’s easy! You can purchase your membership online at thevillagesentertainment.com, at any Box Office location, or by calling us at 352-753-3229.

How do I access my membership perks?

Once you’ve purchased a membership, log in at thevillagesentertainment.com using the account icon. If your membership is active, you’ll see a Membership tab in your account. Click it and you’ll find all of your current perks displayed.

What’s the difference between Opening Act and Opening Act Household?

The Opening Act membership allows only the account holder to enjoy the perks. Add a second person for half the price of one with the Opening Act Household membership, in which everyone registered under the household account receives the benefits.

What does “household” mean? How do I add someone to my household?

A household includes individuals who live at the same valid address and share a ticketing account. If you’re unsure whether your account is set up as a household, or if you’d like to create one, our Remote Box Office team is happy to help at 352-753-3229.

How long does my membership last?

Membership runs from October 1, 2025 through September 30, 2026.
*If you join later in the season, your membership may be prorated to reflect the remaining term.

What if I join mid-season and miss a member-exclusive event?

You will be able to access any member events hosted by The Villages Entertainment as long as your membership is active.

How do I renew my membership?

Be sure your email address on file is up to date, we’ll reach out before your term ends with renewal details and options.

Can I upgrade from Opening Act to Opening Act Household?

Yes! Contact the Box Office at 352-753-3229 to upgrade. You’ll simply pay the difference between your current membership and the upgraded tier.

What does “1-day presale access on select shows” mean?

While we aim to provide presale access to as many shows as possible, some contracts prevent us from doing so. Eligible shows will be announced in advance, giving you the chance to purchase tickets one day early.

How will I know about presales and member-only events?

Your member email is your all-access pass! Make sure your email is current with The Villages Entertainment, this is how you’ll receive notifications for presales, exclusive events, limited-time offers, and more.

What if I purchase my membership on the day of a presale I'm interested in?

Presale emails will be sent one day prior to general on sale for all applicable shows. Membership status may take up to 24 hours to be added to the account. Therefore, if purchasing a membership on a presale day, it is best to call or visit our box office so that they can verify your membership status to sell you your presale tickets.

How do I receive $5 off at The Tracy and Savannah Center?
  • Online: The discount is applied automatically when the logged-in account belongs to the primary member.
  • In person or by phone: Present your digital Member ID (found by logging into your account and selecting View Member ID).
How do I get my free drink coupons?

Your coupons will be included in your Welcome Gift. Be sure to check the expiration dates so you can enjoy them before your membership term ends.

How do I receive my welcome gift?

Your welcome gift will be available for pick-up from House Management at the first production you attend as a member. Alternatively, you can visit the Lake Sumter Landing Box Office to pick up your welcome gift.

Where can I use my Nightly Entertainment coupons?

Your coupons are valid at any operating Bar Hut by The Villages Entertainment, including Spanish Springs, Lake Sumter Landing, Brownwood, and Sawgrass Grove.

Is my membership transferable or refundable?

No. Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable. If you have questions about your membership status, please contact our Box Office at 352-753-3229.
