2025 Car Club Application

About this Application.

Thank you for your interest in participating during car events for the Villages Entertainment.

Car Clubs play a huge role in our events by keeping The Villages lifestyle positive, fresh, and fun.

Monday and Friday night car shows take place October – April between Lake Sumter and Brownwood Paddock Square

Cruise In takes place at Spanish Springs, the third Saturday of every month.

We do receive a high volume of applications for all of our events and can not guarantee a space to everyone who submits an application.

If you’re application is accepted you will receive an email confirming your dates for the events you have been accepted too.

In consideration of being allowed to participate as a Festival Performance Group during Festivals and/or Special Events, I agree to release, discharge, hold harmless and covenant not to sue The Villages® of Lake-Sumter, Inc., The Villages® Operating Company, Village Center Community Development District, Sumter Landing Community Development District, all affiliates of such entities, and each of the fore going’s officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from all liability to me, my executors, administrators, personal representatives, heirs and next of kin, for all loss or damage and all claims or demands (each a “Claim”) on account of injury or damage to my person or property resulting in my death that was caused by the negligence, action or inaction of such Released Parties, or otherwise. Additionally, I agree to hold harmless, defend and indemnify the released Parties from any Claim by any of my guests and invitees. This Release, Waiver and Hold Harmless is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by Florida Law and if any portion is held invalid for any reason the balance should not withstanding continue in full legal force and effect.
This agreement covers all contractual events for calendar year 2025.
