Return to the swinging "Fabulous Forties" with The LaLiPops (BJ Odendahl, Melody Gardner, Donna Francis), The Villages version of the Andrew Sisters. They will be bringing back the "Big Band" era with the help of the Shades of Blue Big Band led by Paul Holtzman. High powered songs like "Boogie Woogie Bugle Boy", "Chattanooga Choo Choo" and, of course "Sing, Sing, Sing". Swoon to "Apple Blossom Time" and "Sentimental Journey”. William (Bill) Davis will serve as emcee and host. A portion of the proceeds for this event will go to Operation Shoebox.

The 140 voice Pops Chorus presents concerts that leave the audience smiling, singing, and feeling the spirit of the holiday season. Well-known for the variety of popular music they sing, the Pops Chorus show this year includes many upbeat pieces such as “What Christmas Means to Me”, the Frank Sinatra song “Mistletoe and Holly”, and a rousing Santa song, “Rockin’ Down the Chimney Tonight”. These songs are balanced with some of your favorite Holiday ballads like “I’ll Be Home for Christmas”, “Merry Christmas Darling” and a beautiful arrangement of the song from A Charlie Brown Christmas, “Christmas Time is Here”. Backed by the 12-piece Pops Chorus Band, the Chorus promises fun, surprises, and some very beautiful music to start your Holiday Season.
In Nunset Boulevard, The Little Sisters of Hoboken are off on their newest "Nunsense" Smash Productions adventure to Tinseltown. They are thrilled at the prospect of performing at the Hollywood Bowl until discovering they are booked into the Hollywood Bowl-A-Rama, not the famous "Hollywood Bowl!" When a big-time producer is auditioning for a new movie musical their spirits soar! The show features all new songs Hello Hollywood, Sisters in the Cinema Rap and The Bowling Ball Blues; audience participation; and heavenly humor!” Our original lovely and talented Nuns are back including Carolyn Hoffman, Holly Jeske, Sally Spieth, Billie Thatcher and Bonnie Williams.
The Village Voices Chorus and the Festival Orchestra will perform an exciting blend of seasonal music sure to put you in the holiday mood. You will thrill to Bach’s Magnificat and Handel’s Hallelujah Chorus and listen to see how many variations there are of Jingle Bells. The traditional “The Night Before Christmas” will bring back sweet childhood memories. There is a fun section of “Christmas at the Movies” and the concert ends with the tradition of the audience joining the Chorus in singing Silent Night.
Come hear this talented chorus of Villagers as they perform a variety of selections for the season. Beautiful choral arrangements of classical music by Bach and Handle will be presented, along with jazz, pop, and traditional songs for the holidays. In its tenth year of existence, Bach With a Beat continues to entertain Villagers with the variety and quality of their performances. The group is accompanied by piano, drum, and bass. A portion of the proceeds benefits the Bed and Blankets Ministry of New Covenant.

Pro-Am Performing Arts presents the 3rd annual CAROLS BY CANDLELIGHT starring Broadway's Alex Santoriello, Mary Jo Vitale, Kathleen Kane & Vince Morris. Backed by Jerry Bruno’s all-star band, the musical spectacular features Santa and his Elves, candles, carols, snow, a special appearance by Pee Wee (Mel) and so much more. Special guest star Clark Barrios joins the cast on Sunday. A great way to kick-off your holiday season.
