The Tracy Performing Arts Center is nestled in the heart of Middleton on the campus of The Villages Charter School. This state-of-the-art theater showcases both student-created productions as well as guest performances. With a seating capacity of up to 912, The Tracy offers a dynamic space and unique experience to enjoy live entertainment and emerging talent.
Savannah Center with its striking, southern-themed seating accommodating about 850 guests, features a big concert feel in a warm friendly environment. It is a favorite among Villagers for the exciting and captivating entertainment featured throughout the year. World famous performers and celebrities take the stage here, as well as national touring shows, comedy acts, and plenty of our own community theatre from Resident Groups in The Villages.
The Sharon Performing Arts Center® seats just over 1,000 guests in a multi-level theater offering state of the art audio, visual, and theatrical rigging systems to create an entertainment experience second to none. The Sharon’s performances spotlight a variety of artistic disciplines ranging from concerts and comedians to dance, musicals and orchestra.

Now located in the vibrant Lake Sumter Landing Town Square®, The SigPro Studio™ expands to accommodate 200+ patrons per performance while preserving the authenticity, artistry, and closeness our audiences cherish. This reimagined Black Box theatre features flexible Thrust and Proscenium staging, allowing stories to unfold with immediacy and impact.
