What are mobile tickets?

Mobile (or digital) tickets are the newest form of entry for The Villages Entertainment productions and ticketed events. Each ticket uses a dynamic QR code that is exclusive to your mobile device.

Do I have to have mobile tickets for entry?

No! Although it is recommended for ease of admission on the day of your event, you are still able to go to a kiosk or Box Office location for a physical ticket.

What makes using Ticket Wallet more secure?

Your tickets are protected by your The Villages Entertainment login and password. For added security, your QR code changes every minute, ensuring that your tickets are only accessible to you. In addition, there is a reduced risk of lost or forgotten tickets since they are always in hand!

Do I have to Download an App?

No app is necessary! Your digital wallet can  be accessed through a mobile web browser at wallet.thevillages.com. We do suggest creating a shortcut to Ticket Wallet on your smartphone’s home screen for quick access on show day. Click here to learn how to save a shortcut on your mobile device home screen.

What if I forgot my password?

No worries! Use the “Forgot password?” link on the login page to reset your password.

I recently purchased tickets and they are not in my wallet. What do I do?

Tickets appear in the Ticket Wallet prior to the event. If you do not see your ticket(s) under the “My Events” tab 48 hours prior to your event, simply reach out to us at tickets@thevillages.com or (352) 753-3229 for assistance.

When will my mobile ticket's QR begin to display?

Your QR code may not appear until 30 minutes prior to the event.

What if I do not have a smart phone?

That is okay! You are welcome to purchase a ticket at any of The Villages Entertainment Box Office Locations or over the phone with our Remote Box Office at (352) 753-3229. You will still be able to pick up your physical tickets at Will Call the day of the event.

Can I print out my Mobile Ticket at home?

No, mobile tickets are only valid on mobile devices. Additionally, the QR code changes every minute to keep your tickets secure. Please do not print your tickets at home, as the QR code will not be valid for entry.

Can I screenshot my mobile ticket?

No. The digital ticket QR codes are dynamic and refresh every minute. Your ticket must be scanned from your digital ticket wallet.

What if I lose connectivity and cannot access my Ticket Wallet at Admissions?

Not to worry, as our box office will always be onsite to assist with any ticketing issues.

Can I scan my whole group's tickets from one phone?

Yes. When viewing your tickets for a specific event, swipe left to access all tickets you have purchased for the performance.
Please note: If you have shared any of these tickets with your guests, then the ticket(s) will no longer exist in your wallet. 

Can I still share a ticket with someone who does not have an account with The Villages Entertainment?

Yes! When you share a ticket for an event of The Villages Entertainment, it will prompt your guest to provide the necessary information we need to create an account for them before they may receive their ticket. This is for contact purposes in case of an event update so that all parties will be informed. 

I have received tickets as a gift. How do I access them?

If you have an existing account with The Villages Entertainment, log on to wallet.thevillages.com with your credentials. If this is your first time attending a ticketed event with The Villages Entertainment, use the “Forgot password?” link on the login page to establish your password. You will receive an email with a link to create a password. Once completed, go to wallet.thevillages.com and enter your new credentials.
