Something's Happening: A Peter Frampton Tribute

CANCELLED

Something’s Happening: A Tribute to Peter Frampton is the performance fans have been waiting for, fronted by singer/guitarist/songwriter Stan Steele, who worked with Eric Clapton, Bob Dylan, Pat Benatar, Stevie Ray Vaughn, and Keith Richards. Steele even recorded on Bon Jovi’s debut album after a chance meeting with Jon Bon Jovi at The Power Station.

Peter Frampton was ubiquitous in the 1970s music scene, becoming a household name first with Humble Pie and then as a solo artist. “Frampton Comes Alive,” his double-live album, is one of the best-selling albums of all time (over 8 million copies sold in the United States and 11 million worldwide)! Featuring classics like “Show Me The Way,” “Baby I Love Your Way,” and “Do You Feel Like We Do,” all were released as singles and reached the Top 15 on the Billboard Hit 100. A breakthrough for Frampton, “Frampton Comes Alive,” was voted by Rolling Stone as “Album of the Year.”

Steele has been a long-time fan of Frampton since childhood, and it is an honor for him to pay tribute to this artist and his iconic music.
