Cruise-In Registration

Car Registration Guidelines

  • The Featured Car Club parks at 2:45 PM.
  • Residents enter from 3-4 PM or until the first 150 forms have been handed out.
  • General Public enters starting at 4 PM or after the first 150 forms have been handed out.
  • All cars must register after entering. You may register online using this form or in person at the registration tent.
  • Parking ends at 6 PM or when full.
  • Registration Closes at 6:30 PM.
  • “For Sale” signs may be displayed ONLY in the back seat of a car.
  • No Flame Throwing, Tire Burning, or Engine Revving is allowed.
  • Once parked, registrants are not permitted to leave until the show is over.

    • Cruise-In Information

  • The Main Entrance is on Alverez Avenue.
  • There is no entry fee for the show.
  • Cruise-in is a vehicle-only show.
  • No trailers or anything over 25ft is permitted without prior authorization.
  • There is no promise of people being parked together.
  • Voting ballots are available at the registration tent or Vote online by Clicking here.
  • A registrant can only win once every 4 months.
  • Trophy and 50/50 winners will be announced at 8 PM.
  • Winners that aren’t present will be contacted the following week.
  • Vehicles must be Legally parked no later than 9 PM.
  • There is no solicitation allowed within the festival grounds. Soliciting within the festival grounds will result in being removed from the premises and possible legal action.
  • The Villages Cruise-In is held on the Third Saturday of Every Month.
  • The Villages Cruise-In is a rain or shine event.

      In consideration of being allowed to participate in the show, I hereby agree to indemnify, protect and defend, and hold The Villages of Lake Sumter, Inc., The Villages Operating Company, Village Center Community Development District, Sumter Landing Community Landing Development District, all affiliates of such entities, and each of the foregoing’s officers, directors, employees, and agent (collectively, the “Released Parties”) harmless from and against any and all losses, damages, actions, fines, penalties, demands, liability and expense, including attorney’s fees and costs through litigation and all appeals (“the Claims”), in connection with the loss of life, personal injury, and damage to property arising from or out of my participation in the show, whether such Claims are caused by the negligence of one or more of the Released Parties or otherwise. This hold harmless and indemnification provision is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by Florida Law and if any portion is held invalid for any reason the balance should notwithstanding continue in full legal force and effect.

      I also agree to carry public liability insurance and property damage insurance and to bring a working fire extinguisher to each show in which I participate.
