About this Application

Thank you for your interest in being a charity vendor with the Villages Entertainment.

Before submitting an application please read our Charity Vendor Guidelines. These guidelines outline everything that is required from you to participate in our events.

We do receive a high volume of applications for all of our events and can not guarantee a space to everyone who submits an application.

If you’re application is accepted you will receive an email regarding your approved dates.

We offer Charity Spaces on a first come first serve basis at all of our Market Nights and Farmers Markets.

Charity Vendors may participate in up to 16 events each year (if space is available)

Charity spaces are required to have a 501(c)(3) exemption in order to be considered to participate.  A copy of your 501(c)(3) must be submitted before any dates may be scheduled.

October – April
1st and 3rd Tuesday | Spanish Spring Town Square | Market Night

1st and 3rd Thursday | Brownwood Paddock Square | Market Night 
Every Saturday | Brownwood Paddock Square | Farmers Market

May – September

    All Charities are required to hold a 501(c)(3) exemption in order to participate as a charity with the Villages Entertainment. Please check this box to indicate that your Company holds a 501(c)(3) exemption. You will be required to provide proof before you are able to participate in any events operated by the Villages Entertainment.



    In consideration of being allowed to participate as a Charity Vendor during Festivals, Markets, and/or Special Events, I agree to release, discharge, hold harmless and covenant not to sue The Villages® of Lake-Sumter, Inc., The Villages® Operating Company, The Villages® Center Community Development District, Sumter Landing Community Development District, all affiliates of such entities, and each of the foregoing’s officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from all liability to me, my executors, administrators, personal representatives, heirs and next of kin, for all loss or damage and all claims or demands (each a “Claim”) on account of injury or damage to my person or property resulting in my death that was caused by the negligence, action or inaction of such Released Parties, or otherwise. Additionally, I agree to hold harmless, defend and indemnify the released Parties from any Claim by any of my guests and invitees. This Release, Waiver and Hold Harmless is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by Florida Law and if any portion is held invalid for any reason the balance should not withstanding continue in full legal force and effect.
