2024 Hometown Halloween Festival Application

The Hometown Halloween Festival is one of the Villages most popular events.  This two day event features  entertainment on the main stage along with atmosphere entertainment that takes place directly on the streets surrounding the square. This event typically draws 18,000 – 25,000 people

The Hometown Halloween Festival will be held on Friday & Saturday, October 25th- 26th, 2023 at the Brownwood Paddock Square from 4 pm to 9 pm, 10am-9pm.

This years event will feature, 2 Haunted Houses, Trunk N’ Treat, Carnival Games, event themed Food Trucks, Market Vendors, Stilt Walkers, Live Music, and more.

Vendor Space is set up around the square allowing guests to move about and visit each vendor.

10′ x 10′ Spaces are available for $150 and 10′ x 20′ Spaces are available for $300.

Payments must be made no later than: October 1, 2024.

Before submitting an application please read our Special Event Vendor Guidelines. These guidelines outline everything that is required of vendors to participate in our events.

We do receive a high volume of applications for all of our events and can not guarantee a space to everyone who submits an application.

If you’re application is accepted you will receive an invoice for your space which must be paid before you are assigned a space at the event.

In order to participate in this event we do require that you carry insurance for this event. If you do not already have Insurance you may purchase individual event insurance by using the link below.

Proof of insurance will be required before you are admitted to the event.
