2024 Spanish Springs Heritage Festival Club Application

Event Information 

The Spanish Spring’s Heritage Festival celebrates European culture within the villages. It features 2 stages of entertainment along with atmosphere entertainment that takes place directly on the streets surrounding the square. This event is preceded by the annual German/Italian Heritage Parade presented by the recreation department beginning at 3pm. This event typically draws 6000 – 10,000 people

The Spanish Springs Heritage Festival will be held on Friday, October 12, 2024 at the Spanish Springs Town Square from 3 pm to 9 pm.

This years event will feature an Oktoberfest style beer garden, event themed Food Trucks, Market Vendors, Stilt Walkers, Live Music on two stages, and more.

Booth space for The Villages Lifestyle Clubs are provided at no charge but is very limited. Booth space includes 1 table under a lighted marquee tent.

    In consideration of being allowed to participate as a Club during Festivals and/or Special Events, I agree to release, discharge, hold harmless and covenant not to sue The Villages® of Lake-Sumter, Inc., The Villages® Operating Company, The Villages® Center Community Development District, Sumter Landing Community Development District, all affiliates of such entities, and each of the foregoing’s officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from all liability to me, my executors, administrators, personal representatives, heirs and next of kin, for all loss or damage and all claims or demands (each a “Claim”) on account of injury or damage to my person or property resulting in my death that was caused by the negligence, action or inaction of such Released Parties, or otherwise. Additionally, I agree to hold harmless, defend and indemnify the released Parties from any Claim by any of my guests and invitees. This Release, Waiver and Hold Harmless is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by Florida Law and if any portion is held invalid for any reason the balance should not withstanding continue in full legal force and effect.
