2024 All American Brews and Cruise Festival Application

The All American Brews and Cruise is The Villages’ long standing 4th of July festival and celebration, with a special blend of American made cars provided by local car clubs from throughout the Villages and Craft brew from  breweries  from throughout the Central Florida region this is one event you will not want to miss. This event typically draws 6000 – 10,000 people

The All American Brews and Cruise Festival will be held on Tuesday, July 4th, 2024 at Lake Sumter Landing from 4 pm to 9 pm.

This years event will feature American Made Cars, Craft Beer tasting, event themed Food Trucks, Market Vendors, Stilt Walkers, Live Music, and more.

Vendor Space is set up around the square allowing guests to move about and visit each vendor.

10′ x 10′ Spaces are available for $75 and 10′ x 20′ Spaces are available for $125.

Payments must be made no later than: June 9, 2023.

Thank you for your interest in being a vendor with The Villages Entertainment.

Before submitting an application please read our Special Event Vendor Guidelines. These guidelines outline everything that is required of vendors to participate in our events.

We do receive a high volume of applications for all of our events and can not guarantee a space to everyone who submits an application.

If you’re application is accepted you will receive an invoice for your space which must be paid before you are assigned a space at the event.

In order to participate in this event we do require that you carry insurance for this event. If you do not already have Insurance you may purchase individual event insurance by using the link below.

Proof of insurance will be required before you are admitted to the event.

    In consideration of being allowed to participate as a Vendor during Festivals and/or Special Events, I agree to release, discharge, hold harmless and covenant not to sue The Villages® of Lake-Sumter, Inc., The Villages® Operating Company, The Villages® Center Community Development District, Sumter Landing Community Development District, all affiliates of such entities, and each of the foregoing’s officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from all liability to me, my executors, administrators, personal representatives, heirs and next of kin, for all loss or damage and all claims or demands (each a “Claim”) on account of injury or damage to my person or property resulting in my death that was caused by the negligence, action or inaction of such Released Parties, or otherwise. Additionally, I agree to hold harmless, defend and indemnify the released Parties from any Claim by any of my guests and invitees. This Release, Waiver and Hold Harmless is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by Florida Law and if any portion is held invalid for any reason the balance should not withstanding continue in full legal force and effect.
