2024 Cinco De Mayo Festival Application

Cinco de Mayo is a long standing tradition within The Villages and the Spanish Springs community. This event comes together in a perfect background to celebrate the Spanish Heritage in our communities. The Cinco de Mayo Festival draws 4,000-6,000 attendees each year.

The Cinco de Mayo Festival will be held on Sunday, May 5th, 2024 at the Spanish Springs Town Square from 4 pm to 9 pm.

This years event will feature event themed Food Trucks, Market Vendors, Stilt Walkers, Live Music, and more.

Vendor Space is set up around the square allowing guests to move about and visit each vendor.

10′ x 10′ Spaces are available for $50 and 10′ x 20′ Spaces are available for $100.

Payments must be made no later than: March 29, 2024.

Before submitting an application please read our Special Event Vendor Guidelines. These guidelines outline everything that is required of vendors to participate in our events.

We do receive a high volume of applications for all of our events and can not guarantee a space to everyone who submits an application.

If you’re application is accepted you will receive an invoice for your space which must be paid before you are assigned a space at the event.

In order to participate in this event we do require that you carry insurance for this event. If you do not already have Insurance you may purchase individual event insurance by using the link below.

Proof of insurance will be required before you are admitted to the event.
